30-Day Premium Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. We want you to feel the texture of our wool, test the support of our cushions, and see the clarity of our microfiber in your own hands.

Eligibility for a Refined Return: To ensure we can maintain our standards for all enthusiasts, returned items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition (no dirt, swirl marks, or scents).

  • In the original premium packaging with all tags and inserts included.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.


The Seamless Return Process

Initiate: Send a brief note with your order number and the reason for the return to service@junafera.com. Our concierge team will review it within 24 hours.

Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Inspect & Refund: Once your return reaches our Menifee studio, our quality control team will inspect the item. Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Damages & Quality Issues (The "Flawless" Clause)

We will expedite a replacement at zero cost to you. Your vehicle deserves nothing less than a flawless product.


Exchanges for the Perfect Fit

Decided you need the Charcoal Grey lumbar support instead of the Black? Or a different detailing tool? The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Gift Cards: Non-returnable.

  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked items from special studio clearances are not eligible for return.
