1. Dispatch & Handling Time

The "Flawless" Inspection: Every order undergoes a quality check before leaving our hands. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Studio Hours: Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or California public holidays will be prioritized the following business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Tiers

We partner with premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) to provide reliable tracking for every journey.

  • Standard Suite (Ground): 3-7 business days. Ideal for heavy-duty organizers and bulk detailing kits.

  • Expedited Lane: 2-3 business days. For those who need comfort and care before their next road trip.

  • Overnight Express: 1 business day (available for select items).

Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers. While we control the quality of packaging, transit times are subject to carrier schedules.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

  • Flat Rate: For orders under $75, a modest flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout to cover professional-grade packaging and secure transit.


4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your package departs our Menifee headquarters, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number. You can follow your premium essentials every mile of the way to your doorstep.


5. Signature & High-Value Deliveries

For high-value collections or large interior upgrades, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your investment is handed directly to you and not left unattended.


6. Address Accuracy & Redirects

Please ensure your shipping sanctuary is entered correctly. As we aim for rapid dispatch, we can only redirect or correct addresses within 2 hours of order placement. Contact us immediately at (+1) 959-300-3073 for urgent changes.


7. Missing or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that the journey results in damage or a lost package, Junafera takes full responsibility. Please report any shipping issues to service@junafera.com within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date so we can initiate a swift resolution.
